Ricky Dwayne Clark

Ricky Dwayne Clark, 56, of Pea Ridge, died Sunday, Aug. 19, in his home.

He was born Sept. 21, 1961, in Rogers to George Andrew Clark and Etta Frances Butler Clark.

He attended the University of New Mexico studying anthropolo­gy and then married Judith Ann Freeman June 5, 1981. He was an Army veteran, a talented musician, artist, woodworker and collected Oriental and Egyptian artifacts.

He attended The Ridge Church in Pea Ridge.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors are his wife, Judith Ann Clark of the home; his mother, Etta Clark of Rogers; a stepson, Steven Vaughan and wife Sharon of Fayettevil­le; two brothers, Don Clark of Lowell and Preston Clark of Fayettevil­le; and seven stepgrandc­hildren.

Visitation was from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, in Sisco Funeral Home, Pea Ridge.

Graveside services were 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, in the Fayettevil­le National Cemetery.

Arrangemen­ts were with Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Addie Lee Colclasure

Addie Lee Colclasure, 98, of Rogers, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born Jan. 30, 1920, in Anadarko, Okla., and was the last surviving child of the late Sterling Merit Tarpley and Winnie Pearl Key Tarpley.

Following graduation from Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha, she began her career as a registered dietician and practiced for 14 years in the Panama Canal Zone. For 41 years, she was the wife of Walter Edgel Colclasure.

She was very involved in the activities of each of her churches through the years and spent many hours reading and studying the Bible. She was a member of Bentonvill­e Wesleyan Nazarene Church, the Panama Canal Society and the National Associatio­n of Retired Federal Employees. For many years she enjoyed collecting stones and mineral specimens before sawing, tumbling or faceting to extract their beauty, but she loved the time she shared with her family.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by her two sons, David and Randy Colclasure; and a grandson, Freddy Colclasure.

Survivors include her daughter, Marian Colclasure of Rogers; her grandchild­ren, Wendy Kurtz (Brian) of Pea Ridge, and Danny Colclasure of Rogers; her great-grandchild­ren, Randy, Ryan, Gabriel, Lorien and Jacob; numerous extended family members; her church family and dear friends.

Visitation was from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, in Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonvill­e.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, in Bentonvill­e Wesleyan Nazarene Church.

Interment was Monday in Memory Lane Cemetery, in Anandarko, Okla.

Memorials are suggested to Bentonvill­e Wesleyan Nazarene Church, 505 N.W. 5th St., Bentonvill­e, AR 72712.

Charles Stanley Filbeck Sr.

Charles Stanley Filbeck Sr., retired SMSGT, 84, died Aug. 22, 2018, in Rogers. He was born May 4, 1934, in Bentonvill­e, to Issac and Mary Edith (Askren) Filbeck.

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years and was a lifetime member of the VFW and American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, four sisters and one step-son.

Survivors are his wife Faye Filbeck; sons, Charles Filbeck Jr. and Tim and Lisa Filbeck, all of Siloam Springs; daughters, Charlean Wilson of Gravette, La Vaughn and Sam Gore of Forsyth, Ga., Kathy and Joe White of Washburn, Mo.; stepsons, Michael and Michelle Hill of Arlington, Texas, Randall and Susan Hill of Rogers; stepdaught­er, Sandra and Jimmy Cornett of Huntsville; nine grandchild­ren; 13 greatgrand­children; one greatgreat-grandchild; and nine stepgreat-grandchild­ren.

Visitation was fro 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, in Rollins Funeral Chapel in Rogers.

Funeral service was at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, in Rollins Funeral Chapel in Rogers.

Burial was at noon in Fayettevil­le National Cemetery in Fayettevil­le.

Arrangemen­ts were under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.

Barbara Sue Manes

Barbara Sue Manes, 84, of Bentonvill­e, died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018, at Circle of Life Legacy Village in Bentonvill­e. She was born Oct. 29, 1933, in Mammoth Spring to William Lacy Kennedy and Ora Virginia Whiteside Kennedy.

She worked for Walmart Warehouse No. 8 and retired after 15 years of service. She was a hard worker but also knew how to have a good time.

She was a wonderful mother, grandmothe­r and loved spending time with her grandchild­ren. She was an exceptiona­l cook, making delicious meals, beautiful cakes for special events and made sure no one ever left her home hungry. She never met a stranger and will always be remembered as a friend who would help anyone in need. More than anything, she was a compassion­ate, loving woman with a big heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hershel Franklin Manes; one sister, Billie Owens; and one grandson, Billy Edwards.

Survivors are four children, Candace Lawson (Dan) of Lake Lotawana, Mo., Brigette Taylor (Steve) of Pea Ridge, Doug Manes of Bentonvill­e and Kelly Manes-Graham of Bentonvill­e; four grandchild­ren, Justin, Lacey, Stephanie and Lexi; six great-grandchild­ren; and many dear friends.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers, with Chaplain Beth Snyder officiatin­g.

Arrangemen­ts were by Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers.

Sharon Kay Shaffer Nash

Sharon Kay Shaffer Nash, 71, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2018 in Rogers after a short battle of brain cancer. She was born Oct. 17, 1946, in Garfield to Albert and Maggie Byler Shaffer.

She grew up in Northwest Arkansas and married Butch Nash on Oct. 4, 1974, and finally made her home at Cave Springs in 1983. Sharon was a homemaker while raising her five children. As her children grew older, she went into the workforce working at both Scott Paper and Glad manufactur­ing before finally retiring to enjoy all of her grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved to read her books and spend time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a granddaugh­ter, Meranda Ballard; a daughter-in-law, Laura Bradford; four brothers; and a sister.

Survivors are her husband, Butch, of almost 44 years; four sons, Larry Bradford, Kevin Bradford (Teresa), Ted Bradford and David Nash (Brandy); one daughter, Tammy Bradford Teal; 15 grandchild­ren; seven great-grandchild­ren with one more coming in November; four sisters; and a brother.

Celebratio­n of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, in the Refuge Church, 4300 NE Hudson Road, Rogers.

Margarette Marie Ragland

Margarette Marie Ragland, 72, of Rogers, died Aug. 22, 2018, in her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born Sept. 25, 1945, in Edinburg, Texas.

Margarette was a born again Christian and baptized at Seligman First Baptist Church many years ago.

Margarette married Jimmie Ray Ragland Feb. 23, 1970. Margarette was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, traveling, camping and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Noel and Juanita DeBouver; her biological mother, Evie Martin; a son, Glen Jefferson Ragland; twin grandsons, Joshua Ray Ragland and Jacob Charles Ragland; grandson, Justin Patrick O’Leary; two brothers, Noel DeBouver,

Jr. and Hugh Martin; a sister, Mary Ellen DeBouver.

Survivors are her devoted husband, Jimmie Ragland of the home; daughters, Sandra Ragland of Alvin, Texas, Debra Ragland Taylor and husband Allen Taylor of Shell Knob, Mo.; a son, Johnny Ragland and fiancee Nina Warren of Bella Vista; her two adopted kids, Kevin and Denise Rivers of Rogers; daughter-in-law, Janeice Russell of Pasadena, Texas; two brothers, John Martin and James Martin of Texas; two sisters, Diane Partida of Texas, Josephine Garza of Texas; grandchild­ren, Clayton O’Leary, Wesley and Andrea Taylor, Jason and Chell Taylor, Janay and Seth Myers, Jordyn Ragland, Jaira and Mathew Jenkins; and 18 great-grandchild­ren.

Visitation is set from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at the funeral home.

Graveside is set for 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at Seligman City Cemetery.

Shaun Lee Spillman

Shaun Lee Spillman, 34, of Pea Ridge, died Thursday, Aug. 23, in his home. He was born Aug. 4, 1984, in Rogers to James Richard Spillman, Sr. and Cynthia Reanee Lancaster Spillman.

He attended Pea Ridge schools and married Amber Ann Tuggle July 27, 2008. He loved playing baseball with his sons and was a good father. He loved motorcycle­s, semis and Steeler Football. He was a hard worker and full of life.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John Paul Spillman.

Survivors are his wife Amber of the home; two sons, Brenden Spillman and Trenten Spillman; his parents, James Sr. and Cynthia Spillman of Pea Ridge; a brother, James Spillman Jr. of Bella Vista; and many other family and friends.

A gathering of friends and family was from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, in Sisco Funeral Home Chapel in Pea Ridge.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 N.E. Legacy Parkway, Bentonvill­e, AR 72712.
