Sunday, June 30

10:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersecti­on of North Curtis Avenue and Lindsay Street from which one of the vehicles had left. Randall Burk, 27, Pea Ridge, reported a driver behind him hit his vehicle then sped off.

7:13 p.m. Police received a report of a possibly intoxicate­d male at the ball fields on Weston Street. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Denver McGarrah, 23, Pea Ridge, in connection

with a warrant from Bentonvill­e.

Monday, July 1

4 p.m. According to a report, the police evidence supervisor received informatio­n that multiple items of fund property were found with no attachment to a report. The items were logged into evidence as found property.

7:54 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Van Dorn Street for a verbal disturbanc­e. As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Michael A. Selee, 30, Washburn, Mo., in connection with a felony warrant from Benton County.

10 p.m. While directing traffic after Freedom Fest, police were cursed by a driver who said the police vehicles and lights were the cause of the traffic congestion.

Wednesday, July 3

7:34 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested the passenger, Jerrell L. Edwards, 62, Washburn, Mo., in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug parapherna­lia. The driver, Shannon W. Waterman, 37, Pineville, Mo., was issued a warning for speeding.

9:22 p.m. As a result of an investigat­ion into a reckless driver, police arrested Cheyenne Deann Griffin, 26, Bella Vista, in connection with possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, July 5

2:46 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on John W. Montgomery

Circle for a delayed accident report involving someone hitting a black Dodge Ram while it was parked at the residence.

Saturday, July 6

11:57 a.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident on Pickens Road (Arkansas Highway 94) at St. Clair Street involving vehicles driven by Kacie Michelle Dzwonkiewi­cz, 30, Pea Ridge, and Larry Young, 47, Springdale. There were no injuries reported.

12:44 p.m. A resident of Rucker Drive

reported criminal mischief involving a mailbox blown up by fireworks.

4:30 p.m. A resident of Richards Street reported criminal mischief involving someone possibly shooting the windows of a storage building.

Sunday, July 7

2:16 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacolby D. Goodman, 30, North Little Rock, in connection with driving on a suspended driver’s license and an absconder warrant from the Arkansas Board of Parole.
