5:18 p.m. A resident of Bowen Street reported she was involved in a motor-vehicle accident involving road rage incident that began in Bentonville and concluded on Ross Salvage Road at Shelby Road. The driver claimed the suspect hit her vehicle with his vehicle then left the scene. As a result of the investigation, police obtained an affidavit for a warrant for the suspect. According to the report, there was an infant in a car seat in the vehicle that was hit.

12:03 pm. Police received a report of a breaking or entering at a residence on John W. Montgomery Circle involving a pistol stolen from a vehicle. The pistol was a“matte-finish Firestorm 45 Gov’t in a 45 caliber with an extra magazine and a waist band like holster,” according to the report. On June 13, the complainant reported he found the pistol he reported missing.

4:53 p.m. A resident of Rogers reported unauthorized use of a vehicle by a suspect who reportedly lives in Pea Ridge and said that the vehicle was last seen in Pea Ridge. On June 12, police determined there was no criminal action as the suspect was given permission to borrow the vehicle. It was reportedly returned June 15.

2:48 a.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported a 56-year-old male missing. According to the report, contact was made with the male during a disturbance and he was located. The case was closed.
5:48 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Daniel L. Eversole, 31, Pea Ridge, in connection for no proof of insurance and Faith M. Eversole, 44, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of a controlled substance.

6:44 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Tiffany C. Moore, 28, Pea Ridge, in connection with a felony warrant from Benton County; misdemeanor warrants from Bella Vista, Siloam Springs, Pea Ridge, Rogers, Decatur, Little Flock and Bentonville; felony possession of drug paraphernalia, fictitious tags, no proof of insurance and felony non-financial identity fraud.

5:50 p.m. A resident of Washburn Drive reported vandalism to a mailbox. The complainant said he saw two people walking by and the male kick and break the pole holding the mailbox. The male told him he would repair it, but did not return.
9:05 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police cited Dylan Kennedy, 22, Pea Ridge, in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance.
