Blue Wave: we’re “hear” for you

- By Karen Rice

In these uncertain times, Blue Wave Hearing is committed to safely serving our patients and the community we’ve been a part of for more than 21 years. The professionals at Blue Wave believe hearing well is key to living life well, especially in times like these. That’s why we’ve come up with new ways to continue to care for our patients, while protecting the health of our community and our staff.

No crowds: Our offices are set up for easy social distancing with your own private waiting, testing, and fitting rooms.

Patient health pre-screening takes place before scheduling appointments Complete sanitation after each appointment

Curbside visits from the comfort of your own car for supply pick-ups (batteries, filters, domes) as well as any appointment type that allows it, where we will meet you outside at your car to retrieve your hearing aids and then bring them back to you when they are ready to go.

In-home care: We will come to you if

needed.

Video consultations from home using your cell phone or computer.

We are offering TeleVisits for any appointment type that allows it, making it possible to connect with us remotely, in the comfort of your own home, for adjustments and hearing aid checks.

If you are interested in car-side service or a TeleVisit, just ask when you are calling to make, or when we confirm, your appointment.

At Blue Wave, our goal is to be “hear” for you and your hearing care needs, as we have been for more than 21 years. We believe communication and connection are critical to holistic health, especially during these tumultuous times. We are committed to giving back to and caring for the community that has supported us, and we’re here to help in any way we can.
