Lauren Marie Bounds
Lauren Marie Bounds, 28, of Rogers, died Aug. 22, 2020, in Springfield, Mo. She was born on April 5, 1992, in Jackson, Mich. to Autumn Marie Willis (Overton).
She attended Pea Ridge High School in Arkansas and graduated in 2011. She went on to do work with Pathfinders in Cave Springs. Lauren also actively participated in horseback riding at Horses for Healing in Bentonville, and we’re sure that her favorite horse, Garfield, will miss her very much. She attended several Tim Tebow’s Night to Shine events and looked forward to getting dressed up and getting her hair and makeup done.
Lauren enjoyed all things Nick Jonas, horseback riding, hot baths, reading books, and shopping. She loved spending time and cooking with her Grandma Laura and their dog Bella Rose. They often delivered treats and extra stuffed animals to the Little Flock Police Department.
Lauren brought joy to all who knew her. She had many friends and lived life to the fullest. She will be missed beyond measure and our hearts will always cherish her enthusiasm for life. We could all strive to be a little more like Lauren by enjoying the simple pleasures in life, and spreading that joy to others.
Lauren is survived by her mother, Autumn Willis and stepfather, Ryan Willis; grandmother, Laura Overton; grandfather, Andrew Overton; great-aunt, Tina Langston; aunt, Cheryl Maxon; uncle, Tim Maxon; cousins, Brooke Maxon, Bailey Maxon, Emma Maxon, and Kaiden Maxon.
