Tuesday, March 5

11:33 p.m. Police received a report from a resident of West Pickens Road that Jessie Dutton, 24, had violated a no contact order and was inside her house. Police served a warrant on Dutton on March 29 in connection with violation of no contact order.

Saturday, March 9

6:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Pickens in reference to a harassment. As a result of the investigat­ion, police received an arrest warrant for Jessie Dutton, 24, Pea Ridge, in connection with violation of a no contact order. The warrant was served March 29.

Friday, March 22

4:14 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Drew Lane for a welfare check on a male who had “suicidal ideation.” Police found a 79-year-old male with a gunshot wound. He was transporte­d by ambulance helicopter. He later died of his injuries.

Monday, March 25

2:39 p.m. A resident of Christina Circle turned in a phone that had been found at his residence. Police were able to contact the owner who said he lost the phone in New Mexico and was unsure how the phone was in Pea Ridge.

Wednesday, March 27

7:35 p.m. Police received a report of possible child abuse at a residence on Spruce Street. As a result of the investigat­ion, it was determined there was no abuse.

8:10 p.m. Police received a report from Mark Rose, 64, Pea Ridge, that he was traveling east on Arkansas Highway 72 and hit a deer.

Thursday, March 28

2:59 p.m. A school resource officer at the Junior High School was informed of a student from Rogers who had exchanged “nude photograph­s” of herself with a student at Pea Ridge. The students were interviewe­d, advised of the seriousnes­s of the situation and photograph­s were deleted.

9:05 p.m. Two males arrived at the Pea Ridge Police Department to report an assault. As a result of the investigat­ion, police cited Joshua Torrey, 38, Pea Ridge, in connection with third-degree battery.

Friday, March 29

2:31 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on St. Clair Street in reference to a person “actively violating his nocontact order and trespassin­g.” As a result of the investigat­ion, police arrested Morgan Scott Birch, 28, Pea Ridge, in connection of four counts of violation of no contact order. 11:16 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Leonid Vielman Tiul-Coc, 19, Springdale, in connection with second violation of Omnibus DWI Act and no driver’s license.

Saturday, March 30

8:59 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested John T. Hines, 37, Rogers, in connection with first violation of Omnibus DWI Act and driving left of center

Monday, April 1

3:37 p.m. During routine patrol, the city code enforcemen­t saw a man on Benton Drive leaning on a vehicle with a tablet. When questioned, the man said he was working for Tru Green and going to houses to get customers. He did not have a permit. Garrett Michael Keith, 20, Cassville, Mo., was cited in connection with soliciting without a permit.

Wednesday, April 3

1:43 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police issued a citation to Casey Ayers, 44, Pineville, Mo., in connection with a warrant out of Springdale and a warning for driving left of center.
