JOSE GARCES AT TROPICANA
More than 300 VIPS flocked to the Tropicana Atlantic City on March 3 to celebrate the opening of Chef Jose Garces’ three new restaurants, Okatshe, Olón, and Bar Olón. After the ribbon cutting, guests looked on as the chef cut a giant, three-foot-long sushi roll to signify the opening of his latest dining concepts. Notables including the President of Tropicana Entertainment Tony Rodio and Mayor Don Guardian were on hand to sample cocktails and gourmet bites.
