PHS FLOWER SHOW BLACK TIE GALA

A canopy of 30,000 tulips welcomed guests to the Black Tie Gala for the 2017 Flower Show, “Holland: Flowering the World.” Hosted by the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, guests enjoyed a cocktail reception among the dazzling displays inspired by the Netherlands and a seated dinner.
