Final phase of the South Hills best selling new neighborhood is underway

2015 promises to be the busiest year at Newbury since its inception! Newbury is the new mixed-use community being built in the award winning South Fayette School district in South Fayette, PA. At build out, Newbury will include 500 homes, for sale and rental, banks, shops, restaurants, a hotel, and stores totaling 1.2 million square feet. Newbury is located at the confluence of Interstate 79 and Route 50.

The best selling new neighborhood in the South Hills will begin its final phase this Summer. A few select homesites remain in the first four phases of the community at current prices.

Newbury is also introducing four new models this year, 3 available for tours this Spring. Kacin Companies introduces its new first floor master home in Newbury. Kacin is the builder of the award winning Edgewater community in Oakmont. Stambrosky Homes is releasing its newest single family home model later this year as well and will also be unveiling the new Greystone model.

The Greystones are luxurious double townhomes which will feature first floor master suites and one of a kind open floor plans. “We are providing one of a kind customization in a shared wall environment, a first of its kind in Newbury. S & A will be building its first Cottage Home model, a “bigger” feeling home on a smaller homesite in the heart of Newbury’s residential neighborhood later this Spring.

Newbury Village, the best new garden apartment community in the region, will begin construction this Summer. The community will feature a pool and clubhouse and will be within walking distance to Newbury Market via a trail system. Apartments will be available next year for occupancy.

Work on Route 50 supporting Newbury Market was completed last year by Newbury. The entrance bridge, linking Route 50 to Newbury Market will begin this Spring.

The Gateway Shops, the neighborhood retail center at the entrance of Newbury, is under construction. Underground infrastructure is nearing completion and will be followed by the construction of the building itself this Spring.

The first tenants will begin occupancy at the beginning of next year. The Power Center portion of Newbury Market will also be underway later this year.
