North Allegheny

The McCandless Democratic Committee is accepting applications for its 10th $1,000 to a North Allegheny High School senior who is a registered Democrat, or, if under age 18, the child of a registered Democrat.

The applicant also must have a minimum quality grade point average of 3.0.
