Outfielder Lonnie Chisenhall will be out for three days after spraining his right shoulder when he crashed into a wall against the Cubs. Manager Terry Francona said the medical staff described the injury as a mild sprain.

Starter Lance Lynn, who hasn’t pitched in a bigleague game since October 2015 due to an elbow injury and Tommy John surgery, was lifted after one inning in the St. Louis 1-0 loss to the Marlins for “precaution­ary reasons,” general manager John Mozeliak said.
