State grants provided for traffic signal upgrades
Gov. Tom Wolf announced the release of funds to upgrade traffic signals under the Department of Transportation’s “Green Light-Go” program.
The grants can be used on existing traffic signals, installing light-emitting diode (LED) technology, performing operations such as retiming and upgrading traffic signals to the latest technologies.
