Comedy’s casting call for actors

“Future Me,” a half-hour comedy about a 23-year-old slacker who winds up meeting his middle-aged self, is casting the pilot in Pittsburgh andseeks actors for all roles.

Male and female actors in their mid-20s, as well as a 40somethin­g man to play grown-up Sean are invited to audition. All ethnic and racial background­s are encouraged to submit, with payment to be determined. Those interested can send their head shot, resume and acting reel (if available)

“I lived in Missouri for a year outside of Kansas City and I used to go to Arthur Bryant’s a lot and I thought that was like the apex of barbecue until I went to Austin. That was sort of transforma­tive,” he said.

According to the press announceme­nt, “Future Sean” has returned to 2017 to warn his younger self not to get involved with Erin, the love of his life. He blames her for the way his life turned out. The project is supported by Steeltown Entertainm­ent.
