#Holly: Surrounded by five 22-foot conifers in Carnegie Museum’s Hall of Architectu­re in Oakland were 400 convivial guests Wednesday night. It was the annual Carnegie Museums Women’s Committee holiday Trees Party. Each evergreen was decorated to represent a favorite children’s book. Overall Tree Party Chair Heather Chronis (with Mike Danek) was joined by Women’s Committee President Mary Margaret Stamy (with Lloyd) as they circulated to welcome supporters and patrons. Libations at several open bars and hors d’oeurves kept everyone happy. Celebratio­n co chairs Sara Leone (with Steve) and Anna Foster were among those mingling with installati­on cochair Kathy Bantleon Bly Snyder, will greet (with John Hamilton).
