Kate M. Diersen was appointed solicitor for Mount Oliver Borough. Ms. Diersen also serves as solicitor to the borough of Bradford Woods and Western Allegheny Municipal Authority, as well as special counsel to the City of Aliquippa’s planning commission. In addition to her role as solicitor, Ms. Diersen works with the Goehring, Rutter & Boehm’s municipal creditors rights group.
