PennDOT to motorists: Please be patient on potholes

As the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s head of road maintenance for the Pittsburgh area, Angelo Pampena is well aware that many area roads are pock-marked with potholes. He’s asking the public for patience as crews wait for dry weather to fill the holes.
