The Place: Heinz Field UPMC Sports Club on the North Shore, Saturday night.
The Purpose: The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh & Lemieux Family Center celebrated 125 years and honored Jonathan Ritchie and his grandmother Tina Forehand during the Shake your Booties benefit Birthday Party. Jonathan endured multiple surgeries because of a brain tumor. He stayed at the Children’s Pediatric Speciality Hospital.
The Party: VIPs enjoyed a reception with special guests Jerome Bettis and Rick Sebak. Drinks in lightup cups, appetizers and magic tricks by Lee Terbosic created a festive atmosphere. Everyone moved into the main room to check out the silent auction, play wine toss and get a reading from psychic Mike. Emcee and former Steeler, Craig Wolfley welcomed everyone to dinner.
