night, which is why they did not leave.

Paolucci and Ms. Ramsey allegedly threatened to kill the two victims, and when police asked the woman if she was scared for her life, she said she was, according to the complaint.

The next morning, April 1, the female victim alleges she was again forced at gunpoint to strip and perform oral sex on Paolucci, who then raped her, according to the complaint.

Police said the victims told them that before they were released, Paolucci and Ms. Ramsey told them, “’If you tell the cops or your family, I’ll kill you and your family’ and ‘I know the cops,’” the complaints said. He added, according to the paperwork filed in court, that he would pay off police if reported.

Over the next two weeks, the victims said, they received threatening messages from Paolucci and Ms. Ramsey, according to the complaints.

The female victim picked Paolucci out of a photo array, police said.

She had provided police with his Facebook page, where he identified himself as “Daymion Dhark,” the complaints said. She also gave investigators screen shots of text message conversations with him and Facebook conversations with Ms. Ramsey.

Police did not describe in the complaints the contents of the conversations.

Court records show that Paolucci has been arrested a number of times. He was found guilty in Washington County of burglary and theft in 2005 and is awaiting trial June 27 in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court on charges of making terroristic threats and harassment.

Ms. Ramsey has no criminal history in Pennsylvania, according to online court records.
