YouTube Red ordered a second season of “Karate Kid” series “Cobra Kai” for 2019.
In a long-term deal, Adult Swim ordered an additional 70 episodes of “Rick and Morty.”
Syfy canceled “The Expanse,” the network’s best space drama since “Battlestar Galactica,” after three seasons.
Netflix renewed “Lost in Space” for a second season and ordered six additional episodes of “The Joel McHale Show With Joel McHale.”
Adult Swim will bring back its 2000-07 animated comedy “Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law” for a halfhour special this fall.
Freeform renewed killer mermaid drama “Sirens” for a second season and ordered the college-set spinoff series “Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists.”
Sundance TV canceled “Hap & Leonard” after three seasons.
Channel surfing
“Project Runway,” which aired its early seasons on Bravo before moving to Lifetime, will relocate back to Bravo for its 17th season. … Saturday at 4 p.m. three stars from CBS’s “SEAL Team” — Justin Melnick, A.J. Buckley and Neil Brown — will appear at the Mall at Robinson’s Military Support Day.
