GERRY DULAC’S WEEK 13 FORECAST • LAST WEEK: 12-3 (.800) • SEASON: 120-56 (.681)

-

Los Angeles Chargers (8-3) at Steelers (7-3-1): 8:20 p.m. … There are several common denominators with these teams, not the least of which is they both stampeded the Denver defense … only to beat themselves. Each also has a future Hall of Fame QB who loves to throw. Prediction: Steelers, 34-31

Baltimore Ravens (6-5) at Atlanta Falcons (4-7): 1 p.m. … The Ravens have won two in a row with a new run-oriented rookie backfield — QB Lamar Jackson, who had 190 yards rushing in those two games, and Gus Edwards, who had 233. Prediction: Ravens, 24-21

Denver Broncos (5-6) at Cincinnati Bengals (5-6): 1 p.m. … Are the Broncos a team that has won two in a row with smoke and mirrors? Or are they a team that will benefit from an easy schedule in their final five games? For now, vs. the reeling Bengals, they will continue to be on the rise. Prediction: Broncos, 26-20

Cleveland Browns (4-6-1) at Houston Texans (8-3): 1 p.m. … The Browns are trying to do something they haven’t done since the 2014 season — win three games in a row. But that won’t be easy on the road against the Texans, who have won an AFC-best seven games in a row. Prediction: Texans, 27-17

Los Angeles Rams (10-1) at Detroit Lions (4-7): 1 p.m. … The Lions had their one shocker for the season when they beat the Patriots in September. That’s not happening against the Rams. Their offense has had an extra week to catch their breath after the NBA-style game vs. the Chiefs. Prediction: Rams, 45-24 Arizona Cardinals (2-9) at Green Bay Packers (4-6-1): 1 p.m. … Mike McCarthy’s seat in Green Bay is getting hotter than the Arizona desert. The Packers have lost two in a row and are 0-6 on the road. Getting the Cardinals, the league’s lowest-scoring team, will help. Prediction: Packers, 31-15

Indianapolis Colts (6-5) at Jacksonville Jaguars (3-8): 1 p.m. … The AFC South is such a streaky division. In addition to the Texans (seven wins in a row), the Colts have won five in a row and the Jaguars have lost seven in a row. Say this for those teams: At least they’re consistent. Prediction: Colts, 27-16

Buffalo Bills (4-7) at Miami Dolphins (5-6): 1 p.m. … The Bills remain the AFC’s lowest-scoring team despite putting up 65 points in their past two victories. They have a chance to tie the Dolphins for second in the AFC East, which, in that division, must feel like a moral victory. Prediction: Bills, 23-21

Chicago Bears (8-3) at New York Giants (3-8): 1 p.m. … This is the 51st renewal of the the oldest active series in the league — a series that dates to their first meeting in 1925. The Bears have won five in a row. The Giants blew a 19-3 lead in a loss to the Eagles. Prediction: Bears, 28-20

Carolina Panthers (6-5) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-7): 1 p.m. … Since their previous meeting, the Panthers have lost three in a row — a streak that began with their pounding by the Steelers. Another loss will hurt their positioning for a wild-card playoff berth. Prediction: Panthers, 35-31 Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) at Oakland Raiders (2-9): 4:05 p.m. … The Chiefs defense needed an extra week to catch its breath after losing to the Rams, 5451. This is the first of two meetings in the next five weeks between the teams, which is not good news for the Raiders. Prediction: Chiefs, 38-17

New York Jets (3-8) at Tennessee Titans (5-6): 4:05 p.m. … After watching the play-calling when they were trailing by 17 against the Texans, I can understand how the Titans have been held to 12 points or fewer four times. I think the wrong AFC South offensive coordinator was fired last week. Prediction: Titans, 25-12

Minnesota Vikings (6-4-1) at New England Patriots (8-3): 4:25 p.m. … Honestly, do you really see much difference in the Vikings with Kirk Cousins at QB than Case Keenum … other than a salary-cap hit? The Patriots are one of three teams unbeaten at home (5-0). Prediction: Patriots, 34-21

San Francisco 49ers (2-9) at Seattle Seahawks (6-5): 4:25 p.m. … This is the first of two meetings in a three-game span between the teams, which should buoy the Seahawks’ hopes for a wild-card playoff spot. They have won two in a row and are showing life on offense. Prediction: Seahawks, 30-9

Washington Redskins (6-5) at Philadelphia Eagles (5-6): 8:15 p.m. Monday … What do the Eagles, Jaguars and 2016 Raiders have in common? They all dropped under .500 one year after winning at least 12 games. The Eagles still have a chance to get back to sea level. Prediction: Eagles, 27-17
