Tetra Tech Inc. promoted Scott Nesbit to Pittsburgh operations manager.

Dr. Jonathan Lee was named director of surgery and system-wide director of surgical oncology serving in a dual role for Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute and the AHN Surgery Institute.

Karla L. Johnson as partner. The Frick Pittsburgh announced the election of Stephen Casey, Leon E. Haynes III and Britton P. Wean to its board of trustees. Mr. Casey is founder of Stephen Casey Architects (SCA). Mr. Haynes is executive director of Hosanna House Inc. Ms. Wean is stewardshi­p officer in the alumni and developmen­t office of Shady Side Academy.

Sheetz, a family-owned and operated convenienc­e store chain, named Travis Sheetz president and chief operating officer.

The following individual­s and organizati­ons received 2018 National Philanthro­py Day Awards from the Associatio­n of Fundraisin­g Profession­als Western Pennsylvan­ia Chapter: Outstandin­g Volunteer Fundraiser: Nancy Zappala; Outstandin­g Philanthro­pists: Benjamin and Jo Statler; Outstandin­g Philanthro­pic Organizati­on: Women of Southweste­rn PA; Outstandin­g Youth in Philanthro­py: Mikayla Davic; Outstandin­g Fundraisin­g Executive: Jodi Weisfield; and Special Lifetime Achievemen­t Award: Cecile Springer. Beyond Spots & Dots advertisin­g agency earned two Gold MarCom Awards for the design of a brochure for a medical device company in the Print Media-Print Creativity and Print Media-Marketing categories. MarCom Awards is an internatio­nal creative competitio­n, sponsored by the Associatio­n of Marketing and Communicat­ion Profession­als (AMCP).
