Paws for the holidays Santa photos

Animal Care and Welfare Inc. is hosting pet photos with Santa on Saturday at 14 p.m. at the Robinson Petco, 6512 Steubenville Pike, 15205. A donation of $9.95 for each photo session goes to help homeless animals.

Holiday market

Pet and craft vendors, raffle tickets, and pet photos with Santa are all part of A No Flea Holiday Market hosted by Camp BowWow and Humane Animal Rescue on Sunday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, 120 S. Whitfield St., East Liberty, 15206. This is a pet-friendly and kid-friendly event.

Pet party

From 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Walkers Pet HoTail in Murrysville is hosting a free Howl-iDay Paw*ty that will include games and holiday treats for pets and their people and a special visit from Santa Paws, who will be available for photos starting at 6 p.m.

The County Animal Response Team will be there with its pet photographer taking photos of pets and humans with Santa. Donations for the pet photos will be used to support CART’s local emergency animal rescue efforts, emergency sheltering and the pet oxygen mask project.

Organizers ask that you RSVP in advance by calling 724-327-PAWS (7297). Before Thursday, fax or provide proof of rabies, distemper and Bordetella vaccinations, and a negative fecal test.

Walkers Pet HoTail is on Route 22 East at 4603 William Penn Highway, Murrysville (15668), across from Eat’n Park.
