The Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf girls basketball coach, Michelle Vigliotti, celebrates with players Sunday after winning the Eastern Schools for the Deaf Athletic Association basketball tournament in Edgewood. The Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf defeated the Lexington School and Center for the Deaf of New York City, 16-14.
