Antetokoumpo, James on bench with injuries
The star power of the Milwaukee Bucks-Los Angeles Lakers matchup Tuesday night was significantly lower with Giannis Antetokoumpo and LeBron James, who served as competing All-Star captains, missing the game because of injuries.
Antetokoumpo, an MVP front-runner, turned his right ankle Sunday in a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. James sat out with a sore left groin, the same injury that caused him to miss a career-high 17 consecutive games earlier this season.
Khris Middleton scored 30 points and Brook Lopez added 28 as the Bucks beat the Lakers, 115-101.
