American entertainment has long been fueled by nostalgia, perhaps now more than ever with reboots of TV series from “Nancy Drew” to “Mad About You,” but when it comes to Christmas programming, there’s no need to reboot: Just replay the original.
Viewers are eager to welcome back “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” “Rudolph the RedNosed Reindeer” and all the Hallmark Channel movies they can get, old and new titles alike.
