Highlights from major construction projects around Pittsburgh and surrounding areas this week

1. Thorn Run Road/Moon: Lane restrictions with flaggers between Route 51 and Old Thorn Run Road 7 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through late March.

2. Library Road/Library: Single-lane alternating traffic 8 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights between Churchill Road and Clifton Road through spring.

3. Carnahan Road/Pittsburgh: Left-hand turn lane from Banksville Road onto Carnahan Road is closed. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained on Banksville Road. Project will be completed in April.

4. Rachel Carson (Ninth Street) Bridge/Downtown: Closed through summer for rehabilitation.

5. Business Loop Interstate 376/Moon: Ramp from westbound I-376 to Thorn Run Road is closed through early August.

6. Route 19/Upper St. Clair: Single-lane restriction southbound between Devonwood Drive and McLaughlin Run Road from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays, through late March.

7. Jacoby Road/Harmar: Reopening expected in late May. Road closed between Rosedale Road and Ecker Lane.

8. Freeport Road, Route 910/Harmar: Single-lane restrictions at various intersections weekdays 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through June. Route 910: from Freeport Road to the southbound Route 28 on- and offramps. Freeport Road: from the Hulton Bridge to Alpha Drive East.

9. Baldwin Road/Collier: Roadway closed to through traffic for slide remediation between Cowan Road and McMichael Road. Detour posted.

10. Interstate 579/Uptown: Lane restrictions in both directions between Bedford Avenue and Webster Avenue bridges from 8 p.m.-6 a.m. through April 17. In addition, a closure of the ramp that carries traffic from northbound I-579 to Seventh Avenue through Aug. 6, 2021. Also, ramps from Bedford Avenue and Seventh Avenue to southbound I-579 will be closed through May 23.

11. West Liberty Avenue/ Pittsburgh: Single-lane restriction northbound at the intersection with Belle Isle Avenue weekdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., through late July.

12. Fourth Avenue/Pittsburgh: Closed between Wood and Smithfield streets through March.

13. Mayview Road/Upper St. Clair: Single-lane alternating traffic between Morrow Road and Lesnett Road weekdays 7 a.m.-3 p.m. through May 31.

14. Saw Mill Run Boulevard/Pittsburgh: Single-lane closures in both directions between the Parkway West (I-376) and West End Circle 7 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through April 30.

15. Mount Nebo Road/Ohio Township: Single-lane restrictions in each direction between the I-79 interchange and Arndt Road 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays through early May.

16. Seavy Road/Shaler: Single-lane closure between Elbe Road and Soose Road weekdays 7 a.m.-3 p.m. through mid-May.

17. Way Hollow Road/ Edgeworth, Sewickley Heights: Road closed to traffic indefinitely between Woodland and Backbone roads.

18. Noblestown Road/ North Fayette, Collier: SRoad closed between Gregg Station Road and Nike Site Road beginning Monday at 9 a.m. Detours posted.

19. Rodi Road/Wilkins: Road closed at the Rodi Road bridge between William Penn Highway and Penn Center Boulevard, through early July.

20. Campbells Run Road/ Robinson: Single-lane closures in the 1000 block from 7 a.m. weekdays.

21. Route 50/Allegheny County: Single-lane closures in both directions between State Route 978 and Ressing Road 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through Thursday.

22. West Carson Street/ Pittsburgh: Single-lane restrictions between the Smithfield Street Bridge and West End Circle from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays through mid-June.

23. Second Avenue/Pittsburgh: Inbound (westbound) lane closed between the Armstrong Tunnel and Brady Street, through November. Westbound traffic will be shifted to eastbound lane.

24. Spring Run Road/ Crescent: Eastbound lane closed indefinitely due to landslide about a half-mile east of Florence Drive. Stop signs will be used to control traffic.

25. Glenfield Road/ Aleppo: Northbound lane on the 500 block closed indefinitely due to collapsed retaining wall. Alternating traffic signals will be used.

26. Scrubgrass Road/ Scott: Single-lane alternating traffic between Old Scrubgrass Road and Swallow Hill Road, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. weekdays through late March.

27. Rochester Road/ McCandless: Single-lane alternating traffic between Sloop Road and King William Drive weekdays from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. through late May.

28. Sixth Avenue/Rankin: Closed between Kenmawr Avenue and Duquesne Way beginning 7 a.m through late summer 2021. Detours posted.

29. Route 8/Hampton: Single-lane restrictions between Talley Cavey Road and Woodland Circle beginning at 6 p.m. today, through April 24. Weeknights: 6 p.m.-6 a.m.; Saturdays: 8 p .m.-10 a.m. as needed. Sundays: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. as needed.

30. East 8th Avenue/ Munhall: Single-lane restrictions between Library Place and Andrew Street from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. through mid-April.

31. Squirrel Hill Tunnel/ Pittsburgh: Single-lane restrictions in both directions from 9:30 p.m.-5:30 a.m. each night through Thursday

32. Greenleaf Street/ Pittsburgh: Closed between Horner and Bradley streets through early July. Detours posted.

33. Boulevard of the Allies/Pittsburgh: Single-lane closures as needed in both directions between the Liberty and Birmingham bridges, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays through late March. In addition, Single-lane restrictions on the outbound side between the Liberty Bridge and Jumonville Street from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday and Tuesday

34. Route 65/Pittsburgh: Single-lane restriction on southbound ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday.

35. East Elfinwild Road/ Shaler: Closed near its intersection with Route 8 beginning at 9 a.m. Monday, through December. Detours posted.

36. Indiana Road/Penn Hills: Closed between Hulton Road and Hamil Road from 7 a.m. Monday through late May. Detours posted.

37. Chestnut Street/Carnegie: Single-lane alternating traffic between Academy Street and Wabash Avenue from 9 .m.-3 p.m. weekdays and 6 p.m.-6 a.m. weeknights through the end of May.

38. Fourth Avenue/ Coraopolis: Single-lane traffic at Arch Street intersection between the Coraopolis-Neville Island Bridge and Chestnut Street beginning 6 a.m. Monday through late May.

39. West Run Road/Munhall: Single-lane closure between Longfellow Drive and Bell Way beginning 7 a.m. Monday through early May.

40. New England Road/ West Mifflin: Closed near intersection with Amblers Lane beginning 9 a.m. Monday through late June. Detours posted.
