Here are some of our favorite gadgets in the HGTV Smart Home 2020 in Pine:

Like a coffee machine for plants, it has LED lights, biodegradable plant pods containing seeds and nutrients, and an automatic system that will keep plants watered for up to three weeks.

Anker Nebula Capsule Projector:

A soda can-sized projector with a picture of up to 100 inches, 360-degree audio, four-hour video playtime and Android 7.1 app with links to Neflix and YouTube.

Petnet SmartFeeder:

Automatically feeds your pets, tracks their calorie goals, recommends healthy portions based on their age, weight and activity, and notifies you when they’ve eaten or are low on food.

Amazon Alexa-enabled Verdera Voice Mirror:

Your voice controls shopping, music and traffic updates and can dim LED lights for makeup application. A motion-activated night light makes it easy to navigate your bathroom in the dark and brightens to a comfortable level for handwashing.

Veil Intelligent wall-hung toilet:

This $6,900 toilet has a touchscreen LCD remote control, automatic dual flushes, a stainless-steel wand with adjustable sprays, front and rear wash modes, UV light self-cleaning, warmair drying, automatic deodorization, adjustable heated seat, motion-activated, hands-free opening and closing, and an LED night light that illuminates the bowl.

DTV+ showering system with Kohler Konnect:

An app allows you to create presets for sound, water, steam and lighting for each member of the family. With your voice or wall-mounted interface, change water temperature and control showerheads, steam and body sprays, music, lighting and shower duration.

Sleep Number smart bed:

With a Sleep Number setting for each side, this mattress automatically adjusts firmness, tracks how you’re sleeping and absorbs excess heat and releases it as you cool.

Philips Sleep and Wake Up Light:

A sunset simulation gradually decreases light and optional sound as you sync your breathing to one of seven rhythms of light intensity or sound. The sunrise simulation starts 30 minutes before alarm time. Light starts a soft morning red and gradually increases to orange and finally bright yellow. Natural sounds or FM radio complete your wake-up experience.
