Myreon Jones scored 20 points on 8-for-12 shooting and Penn State snapped a decade-long skid against Wisconsin by beating the No. 14-ranked Badgers, 8171, Saturday at Bryce Jordan Center in University Park, Pa.
Izaiah Brockington added 18 points and John Harrar had 17 for the Nittany Lions (6-7, 3-6 Big Ten), who had lost 13 in a row against Wisconsin (13-5, 7-4) — including eight at home.
Penn State overcame a 3431 halftime deficit to get its first win in the series since 2011.

Florida 85, West Virginia 80: Colin Castleton led the way for Florida (10-4) in the second half — on offense and defense in this non-conference matchup. Castleton scored 15 of his 21 points after halftime, and the Gators beat the host Mountaineers (11-5) in the Big 12-SEC Challenge. Castleton also led the defensive effort on West Virginia’s Derek Culver after he scored 21 in the first half.
Wright State 86, Robert Morris 56: The Colonials concluded a two-game set with Wright State at WSU Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. The Colonials fell to 3-9 overall and 2-7 in the Horizon League. Loudon Love led the Raiders (13-4, 11-3) in the second half of the two-game sweep with 34 points and 11 rebounds.

West Virginia 79, TCU 70: The No. 24-ranked Mountaineers won their eighth consecutive game, topping host TCU at Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Redshirt senior guard Kysre Gondrezick led the Mountaineers (13-2, 7-2 Big 12) with a career-high 30 points, becoming the first West Virginia player since Teana Muldrow against St. John’s (33) to score 30 or more points in a game. Lauren Heard led the Horned Frogs (78, 2-8) with 34 points.
Youngstown State 71, Robert Morris 64: Senior forward Mary Dunn scored 17 of her game-high 25 points in the second half, and the Penguins rallied past the host Colonials. The Penguins (6-4, 6-4 Horizon League) trailed, 47-35, just over 90 seconds into the second half, but they outscored the Colonials (3-9, 3-9), 3617, from that point.
