Howard Hanna Real Estate Services announced Wednesday that the company has entered a partnership with Roy Wheeler Realty in Charlottesville, Va.

The deal will bring 90 more sales associates and four more real estate offices under the Howard Hanna banner. O’Harabased Howard Hanna Real Estate has 325 offices in 10 states and has more than 11,000 sales associates and staff.

“The synergies between our cultures made this partnership an easy choice,” said Howard W. ”Hoby” Hanna IV, president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. “This partnership advances Howard Hanna’s strategic growth plan to be one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the United States.”

The Roy Wheeler company finished 2020 with a closed sales volume of more than $ 250 million. Roy Wheeler Realty will maintain its Virginia office locations in Charlottesville, Troy, Crozet and Ruckersville. The partnership will operate as Howard Hanna Roy Wheeler Realty.

Howard Hanna finished 2019 with a closed sales volume of more than $23 billion and over 100,000 homes sold, according to an annual research report by Real Trends in March 2020.

In September, Howard Hanna completed a merger with one of New York’s largest real estate companies: Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. The deal included the purchase of an office in New York City and 27 offices throughout the suburbs of New York state and New Jersey.

That deal made Howard Hanna Real Estate the largest home seller in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and South Carolina.
