GERRY DULAC’S WEEK 13 FORECAST

LAST WEEK: 11-5 (.687) • SEASON RECORD: 100-80 (.555)

-

Steelers (4-7) at

Atlanta Falcons (5-7) • 1 p.m.

The Steelers have another chance to put together back-toback wins. That will depend on putting together back-to-back halves of good offensive football, something that hasn’t happened the past two games. The Falcons are 4-2 at home. Prediction: Falcons, 23-21 Denver Broncos (3-8) at

Baltimore Ravens (7-4) • 1 p.m.

It will be something of a miracle if the Broncos can score more than 9 points. And against that Broncos defense, the Ravens might not generate a lot of points, either. But they won’t have to vs. a team averaging 11.6 in the past seven games. Prediction: Ravens, 18-6

Cleveland Browns (4-7) at

Houston Texans (1-7-1) • 1 p.m.

How terribly ironic that Deshaun Watson’s first game back will be against his former team. It is unreasonable to expect Watson to live up to his ridiculous contract his first game back. Almost as ridiculous as expecting the Texans to win. Right? Prediction: Texans, 17-16 Green Bay Packers (4-8) at Chicago Bears (3-9) • 1 p.m.

Steelers fans will continue to root for the Bears to lose, thereby enhancing the second-round pick the Steelers acquired from them for Chase Claypool. By the way, Claypool has seven catches for 83 yards after four games with the Bears. Prediction: Packers, 24-23

Jacksonville Jaguars (4-7) at

Detroit Lions (4-7) • 1 p.m.

Two of the, uh, hotter teams, despite their record: The Jaguars coming off the comeback victory against the Ravens, and the Lions getting nipped by the Bills following their three-game win streak. This could be entertaining, believe it or not. Prediction: Lions, 44-43 New York Jets (7-4) at

Minnesota Vikings (9-2) • 1 p.m.

Can the Jets honestly expect to have another performance like the one they received last week from backup QB Mike White? Well, they are going to need it against the Vikings, who are 5-1 at home.

Prediction: Vikings, 31-21 Washington Commanders (7-5) at New York Giants (7-4) • 1 p.m.

Speaking of hot teams, the Commanders are as hot as any. They have won six of seven and their past four on the road. The Giants have lost two in a row, but this is the first of three consecutive division games, should they be thinking of a move. Prediction: Commanders, 20-19 Tennessee Titans (7-4) at

Philadelphia Eagles (10-1) • 1 p.m.

The Eagles won’t run up 500 yards, including 363 rushing, vs. the Titans like they did vs. the Swiss-cheese Packers. The Titans are good, but they haven’t beaten a team with a winning record. All four losses have been to winning teams. Prediction: Eagles, 27-20

Seattle Seahawks (6-5) at

Los Angeles Rams (3-8) • 4:05 p.m.

The Seahawks might be starting to stagger after back-toback losses, but their stumble is nothing compared to the free-fall of the Rams, who have lost five in a row and seven of eight. It’s the greatest fall in Hollywood since Charlie Sheen. Prediction: Seahawks, 24-21

Miami Dolphins (8-3) at

San Francisco 49ers (7-4) • 4:05 p.m.

This might be the week’s best matchup — Dolphins’ high-flying offense vs. 49ers’ Scrooge-stingy defense. Love that experts are saying 49ers could be a surprise Super Bowl choice. Surprise? Uh, they were in the NFC title game last season. Prediction: 49ers, 23-19

Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) at

Cincinnati Bengals (7-4) • 4:25 p.m.

A rematch of last year’s AFC title game and the Bengals are starting to play like they did last year, even without Ja’Marr Chase and Joe Mixon. They have won seven of nine. Chiefs love the road. They have topped 40 points three times already. Prediction: Bengals, 34-33 Los Angeles Chargers (6-5) at Las Vegas Raiders (4-7) • 4:25 p.m.

The Raiders are coming off back-to-back wins for the first time this season after putting up 578 yards offense vs. Seattle. They will need some of that against the Chargers in what could turn out to be one of those wild AFC West shootouts. Prediction: Raiders, 33-31

Indianapolis Colts (4-7-1) at

Dallas Cowboys (8-3) • 8:20 p.m.

The Cowboys are averaging 36.3 points in the past four games and have had 10 days to rest from their Thanksgiving win vs. the Giants. This is the second of three prime-time games in three weeks for the Colts. Hasn’t the nation suffered enough? Prediction: Cowboys, 38-15

New Orleans Saints (4-8) at

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (5-6) • 8:15 p.m. Monday

You might recall the Saints going into Tampa last season and ending Tom Brady’s streak of 255 consecutive games without being shut out. The Saints have won seven in a row vs. the Bucs.

Prediction: Buccaneers, 19-13
