Ploughshares

Viet Dinh of Wilmington, Delaware, won the 2016 Alice Hoffman Prize for Fiction for his short story “Lucky Dragon,” which was published in the Summer 2016 issue of Ploughshares. He received $1,000. Alice Hoffman judged. The annual award is given to a work of fiction published in the journal during the previous year. There is no application process.
