Bruce Bond of Denton, Texas, won the 2017 Lynda Hull Memorial Poetry Prize for his poem “Elegy for the Last Man to Walk the Moon.” Ada Limón judged. Eric Schlich of Tallahasse­e, Florida, won the 2017 Crazyhorse Fiction Prize for his story “Quantum Convention.” Justin Torres judged. Andrew Blevins of New York City won the 2017 Crazyhorse Nonfiction Prize for his essay “The

Egg Men.” Robin Hemley judged. Each winner received $2,000 and publicatio­n in Issue 92 of Crazyhorse. The annual awards are given for a poem, a short story, and an essay. The next deadline is January 31, 2018.
