Jeanine Stevens of Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, California, won the 2016 Open Chapbook Competition for Brief Immensity. She received $1,000 and publication of her chapbook by Finishing Line Press. The annual award is given for a poetry chapbook. (SEE DEADLINES.)
