Millay Colony for the Arts

The Millay Colony for the Arts offers two-week and monthlong residencies from April through November to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers at Steepletop, the former estate of Edna St. Vincent Millay in Austerlitz, New York. Residents are provided with a private room, studio space, and meals. For residencies from April 2018 through July 2018, using the online application system submit up to 10 poems totaling no more than 15 pages or up to 30 pages of prose, along with a brief bio, a writer’s
