Every homeowner, whether single or married, is highly encouraged to attend a living trust seminar on Wednesday, March 22 at the Portervill­e Veterans Memorial Building.

Every homeowner, whether single or married, is highly encouraged to attend a living trust seminar on Wednesday, March 22 at the Portervill­e Veterans Memorial Building.

The free seminar, which runs from 10 to 11 a.m. will focus on the following topics:

Create new or replace old, outdated documents.

Keep your affairs private and out of the courts.

Provisions for your grandchild­ren.

Guardiansh­ip issues for your children.

What happens without a living trust.

Danger of joint tenancy.

The event is presented by Alpha Omega Family Services.

All new clients with the legal services organizati­on are provided with consultati­ons by an independen­t, qualified attorney who will help determine the best plan for families.

Those who bring the organizati­on’s dark yellow flyer to the seminar will receive $300 off a living trust package.
