The free seminar, which runs from 10 to 11 a.m. will focus on the following topics:
Create new or replace old, outdated documents.
Keep your affairs private and out of the courts.
Provisions for your grandchildren.
Guardianship issues for your children.

The event is presented by Alpha Omega Family Services.
All new clients with the legal services organization are provided with consultations by an independent, qualified attorney who will help determine the best plan for families.
Those who bring the organization’s dark yellow flyer to the seminar will receive $300 off a living trust package.
Those wanting to attend the seminar can reserve a seat by calling 1-800-350-6376 or by visiting www.learnlivingtrust.com. Married couples are encouraged to attend together.
“Plan now instead of the court deciding later,” the organization’s flyer states. “For homeowners, wills rarely avoid probate.”
