William E. Baugher

William E. Baugher – Bill, as known by family and friends passed away peacefully with his daughter, Melinda, at his side. He was the devoted son of Lottie & Clarence Baugher. He is the loving Father of Rebecca Baugher and Dennis Anderson(judy) of Porterville and Melinda Gordon (Michael) of Naples, FL. He is the proud GRAMPS of Ryan Anderson, Cameron Anderson, Allison Merrell and Kristen Johnson and great grandfather to their beautiful children. He is also survived by his cherished "kid" sister, Wilma Job and her wonderful family who were so caring during their uncle's illness; and of course his four-footed roommate, Gracie the cat.

Bill, was an honest, kind and honorable man who often offered a hand up to those who were down on their luck. He also had so much affection and love for his extended "Mecca" friends who were his second family! He thought about all of you each and every day! In addition we are proud of Bill's service to our country in World War II. A flag has been presented to his family in his honor. Everyone who knew him will miss his wit and laughter. Please keep him in your heart and prayers.

A celebration of his life will be held in Porterville at a later date.
