GSA seeking Advisory Committee members
The Mid-kaweah Groundwater Sustainability Agency (GSA) is seeking local citizens interested in the preservation of our precious resource, water.
Comprised of the City of Visalia, the City of Tulare and the Tulare Irrigation, the Mid-kaweah GSA values the public’s ideas and input, as they address the region’s groundwater and management of the precious resource and is seeking new members for the GSA Advisory Committee.
Formed in 2016, the GSA is responsible for developing and implementing a groundwater sustainability plan (GSP) to meet the sustainability goal of the basin to ensure that it is operated within its sustainable yield.
