Eduardo “Eddie” Suarez

Eduardo “Eddie” Suarez age 31 and a lifelong resident of Porterville passed away October 8, 2017 in Porterville. Eddie was born January 9, 1986 in Porterville to Maria and Fernando Echeveste and attended Alta Vista Elementary School and Granite Hills High School. For the last 15 years he has worked as an agriculture laborer for numerous ranches and farms in Porterville and the surrounding towns. Eddie enjoyed playing soccer, liked listening to all kinds of music, scratching lotto tickets as much as possible and was a big San Francisco 49ers fan. He liked to make people laugh and especially liked to spend time with his friends and family and hang out with his son Adrian. Eddie was a friend to all and a loving son, brother and father who will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his father Fernando Suarez in 2010. Surviving family includes his son Adrian Suarez. Parents, Maria & Joaquin Echeveste. Grandmother, Regina Echeveste. 3 sisters: Gabby Suarez and husband Ruben Kates. Susana Ceballos and husband Jorge. Christina Suarez and husband Eddie Leon. Visitation will be Sunday October 15th from 2:00pm until 8:00pm at Porterville Funeral & Cremation Center with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Monday October 16th at 9:00am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church followed by interment at Porterville Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.
