‘Tid-bits’ of Health

- Sylvia Harral Michele Stewart buller

S o far in this series on Body money, we’ve established that the nutrients our body uses to do its living functions are derived from the plant kingdom. The vibratory frequencies that make up light also make up the minerals in our food. We could think of the frequency that makes up the color blue in the rainbow is also found in a blueberry. The frequency of the color yellow in the rainbow is found in a banana, a pear or a yellow squash. The color green is super nutritious because it is made up of two colors, blue and yellow. That’s why we hear about the green vegetables being “superfoods”. The darker the color, the more nutrients the food contains.

“But”, you may say, “we also eat chicken and fish, eggs, milk, and other animal products. Those nutrients don’t come from plants.” You’re right, the animals eat the plants and we’re getting the plant’s nutrients second hand.

Eating food is like mining for nutrients. A plate of food contains many nutrients our bodies need for its daily functions. That plate of food is like a truckload of dirt from a mine that contains gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals. The truck dumps the ore onto the conveyor belt that carries the load through the smeltering process where the dirt is separated from the metals. The precious metals are formed into bricks and taken to the mint where the metals are formed into coins. Each coin is stamped with words and symbols that identify it as belonging to the country or system it comes from.

Chewing our food is like the rock crusher that breaks down the rocks into powder so the gold can be harvested. If we don’t chew our food, many nutrients are left trapped inside the fibers of the plants and carried to the toilet.

After being crushed, the powdery slurry is placed it in a furnace. High temperature melts the gold and separates it from the dirt. The stomach is the body’s furnace. The hydrochloric acid is what melts the precious nutrients out of the well-chewed mass of food. The acid is hot, because it burns the esophagus if it gets up there where it doesn’t belong.

The melted gold still contains impurities that are separated on down the line by chemicals like mercury and cyanide or cornstarch. The purified gold is poured into brick molds and taken to the Mint where the gold is made into coins. This Body-money process takes place in the small intestines where enzymes and beneficial bacteria separate the nutrients and place them in the bloodstream so they can be taken to the liver for further processing. The liver is the Mint that receives the Gold-bricks of nutrients and makes Body-money-currency.

When coins are made, in America, they come from one of three Mints. The oldest Mint is in Philadelphia. It has been making American coins since 1873. The next Mint was built in Denver, and the newest one in in San Francisco.

The liver has three distinct sections and functions also. The main, largest portion of the liver manufactures countless nutrient combinations for metabolism. When the liver’s energy has been spent trying to remove artificial nutrients and detoxify harmful pesticides and other chemicals from the blood, its ability to make Body-money-currency from nutrients is hampered. If we want our health to improve, we will begin by rebuilding and restoring the liver.

The second portion of the liver maintains many body functions. If this portion is damaged or filled with candida, we become sensitive and allergic to things around us. Non-nutrient chemicals like tars from coffee, waxes from chocolate, dyes, preservatives, food coloring, insecticides and other pollutants all overburden this portion of the liver. Detoxing these things helps restore health in a huge way.

Even negative emotions, like anger, rest on the liver and prevent it from processing the nutrients in the most beneficial way. Cancer, diabetes and arthritis are all related to negative emotions held in the liver.

The third portion of the liver is where the gallbladder resides. When precipitated calcium and cholesterol get together, they form soap-stones in the gallbladder. The malic acid from apples can dissolve these stones and help restore proper function to this portion of the liver.

Many individuals in the Body And Soul & Earth (BASE) Restoration program are working to build and restore proper liver function. It’s exciting to see allergies diminish as livers improved. It’s happening at Family HELM every day.

Until then… take charge… sylvia.
