Grace Trujillo

Grace Trujillo of Poplar, CA passed away peacefully on November 4th, 2017 in Porterville, CA. She was born on August 14th, 1955 in Greeley, CO. She was 62.

She is preceded by her parents, Everett and Adelfa Lucio; her sister, Alice Mascorro and her son, Art Trujillo Jr. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Arthur Trujillo Sr.; her daughters, Adelfa Mary Trujillo and Beatrice Trujillo of Porterville; her son, Luther Trujillo of Porterville; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her siblings, Hope A. Lucio, Gloria Martinez, Alex Lucio of Poplar, Everett A. Lucio and Henry Lucio of San Diego, Diane Gonzalez of Porterville, Josie Talamante of Visalia, Delia Leal of Alvarado TX, Carla Lucio and Johnny Lucio of Evans CO and Norma Lucio of Long Beach, CA.

Grace was a very loving, caring, and nurturing care provider for many, especially her grandchildren. She provided care for the elderly and disabled for over 30 years and in which she took much pride. She brought so much joy to all that she knew. She was always willing to put others needs before her own and with a smile. She was dedicated to her faith, always leading her family with spiritual guidance throughout her life of raising a family and leading into the lives of her grandchildren. Grace found pleasure in creating arts and crafts, knitting and sewing. Her past time was playing Bingo and visits to the casino. Grace will truly be missed.

A visitation will be held at Myers Chapel on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A rosary will be held at Myers Chapel on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anne's Church on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Woodville Cemetery.
