Don­nelly speak­ing at SETCO meet­ing

Tim Don­nelly will be speak­ing at the SETCO Repub­li­can Women Fed­er­ated meet­ing on Thurs­day, Nov. 16.

The 6 p.m. din­ner meet­ing at El Nuevo on Prospect Street is open to the pub­lic. Cost is $15 per per­son.

Don­nelly is a for­mer Cal­i­for­nia As­sem­bly­man from San Bernardino. Af­ter two terms, he ran for gov­er­nor in 2014. In 2010, he in­tro­duced a law end­ing sanc­tu­ary cities, in­creas­ing penal­ties for hu­man traf­fick­ing of minors and re­quir­ing all em­ploy­ers to e-ver­ify. In 2013, his bill AB351, the Cal­i­for­nia Lib­erty Preser­va­tion Act of 2013, which nul­li­fies the NDAA in Cal­i­for­nia pro­tect­ing civil rights to due process, was signed into law. In 2016, he pub­lished his first book, “Pa­triot Not Politi­cian — Win or Go Home­less.” He is a can­di­date to the U.S. House to rep­re­sent the 8th Con­gres­sional District.
