Anthony Hernandez

Anthony Hernandez, 39, aka "Antone" was born February 16, 1978 in Salinas, CA to Frank Hernandez Jr. and Amparo Yolanda Ruiz. Anthony passed away on November 26, 2017 at UCSF San Francisco, CA. A resident of Porterville, Anthony is survived by his wife Alicia Banuleos Hernandez, and their children, Aniyah Hernandez, Alena Hernandez, Antone Hernandez, and his children Anthony Hernandez Jr., Mariah Hernandez, Ebony Hernandez, Nathaniel Hernandez, Frankie Hernandez; three brothers, Frankie Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez, Isaac Hernandez, and one sister, Isabel Hernandez. He is also survived by his parents and grandparents. Anthony’s hobbies included rooster fighting, going to the casino, hanging out with his loved ones, watching football, boxing, and UFC fights. He enjoyed going to concerts of all music. He loved lowrider rides, and taking pictures of the fine girls. But most of all he loved spending time with his kids and family on all occasions. He supported his team, the 49ers, everywhere he went. He was kind, genuine and unique, and always had the biggest smile. He was one of a kind and will be missed forever and a day by his family and friends for always. He was a Catholic and believed in God, and had faith until the end. We would like to thank our community for all their support and prayers. We are grateful.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 14, 2017, 2:00-8:00pm at Porterville Funeral Chapel, with Rosary at 6:30pm. Mass will be Friday, December 15, 2017 at 11:00am at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, interment at Hillcrest Cemetery.
