Man shot multiple times Wednesday

Tulare County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded at 4 p.m. Wednesday to the area of Camp and Wills in Goshen regarding a gunshot wound victim.

Deputies arrived and found a Hispanic male in the front yard of a nearby residence, who had been shot multiple times.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was reported in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives with the TCSO Tulare Area Gang and Narcotic Enforcement Team (TAGNET), arrived and took over the investigation. Numerous witnesses were contacted and the investigation is ongoing.
