Stereo reported stolen from car
Tulare County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded Wednesday morning to a residence in the 600 block of Road 210, Richgrove in regards to a burglary.
The reporting party advised his vehicle was broken into sometime overnight and his stereo was stolen. He valued the loss at $280 dollars. The suspect remains outstanding.

Man arrested following search
An Earlimart man is in custody after deputies seized four pounds of drugs, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The TCSO Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (TAGNET) completed a several week investigation regarding the sales of narcotics in the community of Earlimart. A search warrant was served in the 600 block of north Market Street on Wednesday.
As a result of the search warrant, detectives located and seized just over a pound of methamphetamines and cocaine, along with three pounds of processed marijuana and packaging materials. The suspect, who is a prior convicted felon, was in illegal possession of two firearms which were also seized.
Detectives arrested Armando Mendez Jr., 27, of Earlimart. He was booked into the Adult Pre-trial Facility on suspicion of possession of narcots for sale and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. His bail is set at $250,000.
