Other Matters Before Lindsay Council
Will receive a report from Lindsay High School student Denise Macias regarding recent, current or upcoming events, activities or matters related to the high school.
Will receive a staff report from City Manager Bill Zigler regarding recent, current or upcoming events, activities or matters.
Will consider giving minute order approval of a temporary use permit for the 2018 California Firemen’s Muster Association event.
Will receive a presentation by representatives of the Ono City Committee regarding information on their trip to Ono City.
Will receive a presentation by Omni Family Health Group, specifically on Omni Family Health’s (OFH) history in the Central Valley, services currently offered at existing OFH sites, proposed services for Wellness Center, and Omni’s commitment to the Lindsay community.
Will consider giving a second reading of Ordinance No. 564 to amend municipal code Title 8 Health and Safety, Title 8 Chapter 8.22 Fireworks, Section 8.22.140 Violations, to enforce Administrative Citations.
Will consider approving Resolution 18-26: Gann Limit Appropriations for FY 2018-2019.
Will consider approving a request to establish and operate a recycling center at Sierra Express Mini Mart located at 508 S. Mirage Ave.
Will consider approving a temporary use permit for Summer Night Lights. If approved, the City of Lindsay Wellness, Aquatics and Recreation will host three events.
Will consider approving a program supplement agreement with Tulare County Transportation Authority in the amount not to exceed $500,000 for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Hermosa Street and Westwood Avenue.
Will discuss utility payment due dates in response to city council request for information.
