TCSO seeks information on Lindsay burglary

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from the public regarding the location of a suspect in a burglary case in Lindsay.

Deputies responded Sunday at approximately 2 p.m. to an address located within the 1800 block of E Fir Ave in Lindsay, and during their investigation they learned that the homeowner had been out of town for approximately two weeks before returning home to discover several items within the home had been stolen, including appliances and televisions.

A family friend, Tyler Watson, had been watching the house for the family while they were out of town.

On June 27, prior to the homeowner returning, the homeowner was contacted by the California Highway Patrol and advised his vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident in which Watson was named the suspect.

The homeowner was unable to locate Watson upon his return. Detectives took over the investigation and are seeking information related to the whereabouts of Tyler Watson and/or the location of the property stolen in this case.

Anyone with information related to the above listed case is asked to contact Detective Nicholson or Sergeant Camacho at (559) 802-9401 or (800)808-0488.
