Tulare County’s ten most wanted
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office released Monday an updated list of the ten most wanted criminals in hiding.
TCSO is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the listed subjects, any information regarding their whereabouts or information about them. All suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

Felix Estrella, 41 Wanted for two warrants and parole hold
Estrella is wanted for two warrants in Tulare County and a parole hold. The charges on the warrants include: possession of a controlled substance for sale and theft of a motor vehicle. Felix is from the Visalia, Exeter, and Woodlake area.
Pasqual Boltor Diaz, 21 Wanted for four warrants
Pasqual is wanted for four warrants in Tulare County. The charges on the warrants include: Possession of a firearm, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied vehicle. Pasqual is from the Woodlake area.
Gerardo Lopez, 38 Wanted for Homicide
Lopez is the suspect in a homicide that occurred on 5/30/18 in Tulare. Lopez is believed to be driving a 2005 white Chevrolet Van with the license plate 8Y31851. Lopez is from the Tulare area.
Carlos Garcia, 32 Wanted for felony warrant
Garcia is wanted for a felony warrant regarding lewd acts with a child. Carlos is from the Cutler/orosi area.
Larry Avila, 31 Wanted for felony warrant
Avila is wanted for violating his terms of probation. He has a felony warrant issued for his arrest. Larry is from the Goshen and Visalia area.
Enrique Rayon, 22 Wanted for two active warrants
Rayon is wanted for two active arrest warrants: The charges on the warrants include: felony assault on a peace officer, possession of a stolen vehicle, resisting arrest, evading a peace officer in a vehicle and driving while under the influence.
Ruben Alcala Almanza, 31 Wanted for Felony Warrant
Almanza is wanted for an active felony warrant. The charges on the warrant include: possession of a stolen vehicle and proving false information to a peace officer. Almanza is from the Orosi area.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 24 Wanted for Arrest Warrants
Rodriguez has an active warrant for armed robbery and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Martin Saldana, 23 Wanted for Homicide
Saldana has been identified as the suspect in the shooting death of 21 year old Richard Zepeda from the Woodlake area in 2013.
Gilbert Gonzalez Salinas,52 Wanted for two Felony Warrants
Salinas has two outstanding arrest warrants for failing to register as a sex offender and domestic violence. He is known to frequent the Terra Bella area.
