We’re currently witnessing a live reality television situation caused by our undignified leader’s failure to accept the obvious fact he lost the election.
According to all failed lawsuits and a statement by his own election security expert this election was fair and without ANY evidence of foul play. His current refusal to concede and his flirting the idea of invoking martial law to overturn the election is evidence of a serious pathology in this man-child. His supporters seem to believe there’s some way for him to stay in a job he doesn’t even pretend to like. He just likes to fly to his golf course in Air Force One, costing us taxpayers more than a $1 million each time and belittling anyone and everyone who disagrees with him.
The GOP is now a party that’s open to far right nutcases like Qanon and the myriad of far right neo-nazis like the Proud Boys and all the other white nationalists groups. There are some 17 Q believers in Congress! Donald should renounce these un-american groups, but no such luck. He seems to be encouraging these idiots to converge on Washington, D.C. on January 6 for some “wild rally” and these pathetic individuals are trying to find ways to smuggle arms into the event. Donald, as our leader, should renounce these groups and tell them to disband. What does this say to the rest of the free world? That the U.S. is on its way to becoming a banana republic with an authoritarian government? That Donald is taking advice from a convicted felon like Michael Flynn and conspiracy blinded lawyer Sydney Powell on possible ways to overturn a fair election should repulse every American.
It’s well known approximately 40 percent of Americans are susceptible to conspiracy theories and open to an authoritarian ruler just like Germany in the 1930s. It’s past time for Donald and his blind supporters to put their big boy and girl pants on and accept the election results and stop believing in this false god or then can continue to follow their fuhrer to the detriment of American democracy. Donald is a horrific human being who needs to be held accountable for his assault on our ideals and his crooked financial dealings. He’s the great con man of our time and his character flaws are abundantly obvious. Donald is unfaithful to his spouses, crude, foul mouthed, spiteful and a pathetic pathological liar. Watching this man for four years has convinced me and others like myself to believe Donald is by far the most dishonest and despicable President we have ever had.
Good riddance and hopefully he will be convicted in the New York state courts once he leaves office. Maybe that’s why he’s fighting so hard as Pence can’t pardon him from state crimes. We can only hope.
