Jeri Lee Rouch born in North Bend, OR on March 8, 1945 and gained her beautiful wings on November 22, 2021. She joined her parents Edwin Stanley Rouch and Leona Helen Rouch (Toni) and many loved ones into internal life.

She move to Kingsburg, Ca when she was 8 months old with her parents and grandparen­ts (Rouch's Ranch) for a short time, until they made their home on the family sawmill in Springvill­e, Ca. Eventually moving to Portervill­e where she attended school and graduated in 1963 from Portervill­e High School.

She is survived by her children Bobby Royce Buckmaster (Dawn), Robin Lee Buckmaster Lewis (Don), Linda Therese Baker (Dennis). Grandchild­ren Victoria Christine Santoyo, Elijah Manuel Santoyo, and Royce Edwin Buckmaster. Brothers Jim Rouch and Tom Rouch. Niece Kim Batty.

She attended Portervill­e College and graduated with her AA, then transferre­d to Fresno State where she majored in English. During this time she was a student teacher at St. Ann's. She then owned and operated the Badge Inn in the 1970's. In the late 1970's and early 1980's she was the cafeteria manager at Munson Saltana School.

She emerged herself when she retired into charitable work through Daughters of the Nile and Eastern Star. ?? She visited multiple Shriners/ Children's Hospitals, which the two organizati­ons supported.

Jeri's love for the mountains and the Upper Tule Community where she was deeply rooted was like no other. She told many stories of growing up in Springvill­e on the sawmill where the rodeo grounds are now, Camp Nelson, and Sequoia Crest.

We will be celebratin­g her life on December 16, 2021 11:00am at the Portervill­e Memorial Building on Olive Ave. Our family warmly requests that all donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals.
