“Shazam! Fury Of The Gods” (Oct. 23)

Bestowed with the powers of the gods, Billy Batson (Asher Angel) and his fellow foster kids are still learning how to juggle teenage life with their adult superhero alter egos. When a vengeful trio of ancient gods arrives on Earth in search of the magic stolen from them long ago, Shazam (Zachary Levi) and his allies get thrust into a battle for their superpower­s, their lives, and the fate of the world.

“Hot Potato: The Story of the Wiggles” (Oct. 24)

This is the improbable story of The Wiggles, four friends who record a one-off album of children’s music in the early ‘90s and change the global music industry forever. Recognizab­le by their blue, red, yellow and purple getups, Anthony Field, Murray Cook, Greg Page and Jeff Fatt become an unlikely music phenomenon equipped with early childhood teaching fundamenta­ls and a dose of self-belief.

“Zainab Johnson: Hijabs Off” (Oct. 24)

Comedian Zainab Johnson (who also stars in Prime Video’s “Upload”) effortless­ly blends relatable stories, sharp wit, and thought-provoking social commentary into her unique style of stand-up comedy. Her debut special explores her identity as a Black female Muslim, having 12 siblings, and growing up in Harlem.

“Studio 666” (Oct. 25)

Legendary rock band Foo Fighters move into an Encino mansion steeped in grisly rock and roll history to record their much anticipate­d 10th album in this comedy horror flick. Once in the house, Dave Grohl finds himself grappling with supernatur­al forces that threaten both the completion of the album and the lives of the band.
